[Greater-baltimore] Monument lighting

This has to be our funnest event as a money-maker!

I hope to come help tomorrow night after work as I have for the many years we've wowed the crowds with our hot wassail and hot coco (except that one hot night that they sold better left cold).  Steve, you do a GREAT job of running this event!
