[Greater-Baltimore] LBPD Event & Summer Library Challenge

Hi everyone! I'm so excited about this event at LBPD:

*July 13 - OMG, GMOs!*

GMOs or Genetically Modified Foods can quickly bring up many emotions for a
person. Join the discussion with Dr. Shauna Henley about GMOs and their
safety, how they are regulated, and what foods are GMOs or bioengineered
foods. Come learn more about GMOs to help you make informed food decisions
for you and your household.

*June 28 - August 8: Summer Library Program*
There's still time to register for our Summer Library Challenge! In fact,
hurry to register as our first prize is being given away next week!

This year to complete the program, you must:

   - Read at least 20 books (there are more prizes if you exceed 20)
   - Participate in the weekly quiz/trivia challenge
   - Attend at least 1 library event for Adults
   - Review at least three books
   - Attend at least one live (virtual event)

There are other activities like Bingo, Jeopardy, and MadLibs! And I'm
hoping to add more!

Prizes include:

   - $10 Amazon Gift Card to 1 randomly selected winner from the weekly
   trivia/quiz challenge
   - $50 Amazon Gift Card to 2 randomly selected winners who have completed
   the challenge
   - $20 Amazon Gift Card to 3 randomly selected winners for those who have
   read 30, 40, or 50 books
   - $5 Amazon Gift Card to 3 randomly selected winners for those who have
   completed additional badges outside of the required badges
