Cindy,

How is she embossing the test page?  In particular, she isn't using Wintrans for that is she?  I do not think the firware is 
the issue, but probably how the printer is defined to WINTRANS.  At some point, she had to tell Windows where to find 
the printer. LPT1: COM1: or something like that.  Do you know what she used?
