[gui-talk] Is there a way? about IE7 and Favorite Center

Hi guys: apparently IE7 has a way of letting the sighted know when there are 
new RSS feeds by changing the Icon to a different color without having to do 
Control+j to go into the Feeds area. is there a way for us Jaws or 
Windoweyes users to get this same info without having to take the extra step 
to go into the Favorites center just to see this info? I've gone into every 
IE7 option and can't find any option that would allow IE to make a sound 
when there are new RSS feeds. In case IE doesn't do this as of yet, is there 
an accessible RSS reader that would do this function?
