[gui-talk] BARD download speed pretty bad for me

I have been downloading for a couple years now, as consultant, then 
pilot tester, then regular user and I have seen all kinds of speeds 
or not, at different times and days.  If there is a bottleneck,, 
which is possible, but not proved yet, it seems to be intermittent.
