I do think the pressure needs to be on
Apple on this issue.

A good example of why is the SiriusXM player for the iPhone and similar 
devices.  Even after being told my many people that their desktop player was 
inaccessible by many people, they produced an iPhone app that is 
incompatible with VoiceOver.  At this point, both players are still 
inacessible, even after many emails, letters, and phone calls.
