[GUI-Talk] Web-Ex accessibility

I use Webex at work.  Most features are accessible using JAWS, though there
are some frustrating exceptions and inconsistencies. 

That said, I have had a serious issue with Webex that I haven't been able to
resolve for months.  Frequently, when Webex starts, it kills my system's
audio and I have to reboot to fix it.   So normally I use the dial-in number
and just connect by phone to join a conference.

I really wish we were using Zoom.
