Aloha, my Federation Ohana,

We are almost out of time to get a final hearing on House Concurrent Resolution 162, which has already passed the House and is just waiting for the Senate to pass it, too.  The resolution has a joint referral to the Committee on Judiciary, which will take the lead in scheduling and collecting testimony, and the Committee on Human Services.

The Senator who has blocked our efforts all year long, Senator Brian Taniguchi, in his role as Chair of the Committee on Judiciary, needs to hear from us. All we need to ask is that he schedule a hearing on the resolution. That's all we're RESPECTFULLY REQUESTING.
