[humanser] Exchange rates, payment and others Re: online counseling start up

Thank you JD for your response. Can anyone else add any other suggestions as 
to starting up an online counseling practice? What accessible types of 
software are you all using for record keeping or billing etc.? Is there a 
certain formula to determine sliding scale fees?

I haven't had many responses to my original enquire so please feel free to 
comment.  Thank you.
