Hi Sarah,

Based on the answers to the questions others have asked, I think could
wait to go to a center until after grad school, if you choose to.  I
know how to convert Power Point to a Word document to make the info
easier to read and scan type-written paper Power Points into an OCR
program and convert them into a Word document, but that's it.  In grad
school, many assignments that require Power Points tend to be group
projects, in which one member may volunteer to put the Power Point
together.  I haven't ever requested a deferrance (sp?) from an
academic program, but it's probably relatively easy to do.  From my
grad school experience, deans of universities are much more reasonable
than VR!  As others have said, it's a personal decision.  Good luck.
