Hi Lisa thanks for your message.  I think that using your 
personal IPad to complete this task should be allowed by the 
agency.  As far as justifying why you need it for work I would 
explain that you have used it on a regular basis and are familiar 
with how it works.  I use my personal IPad to ling into my online 
courses while I am at the UCF library.
