Subject: Track Work Happening at Jefferson Park Blue Line Station
Importance: High

Hello Everyone:

Please note the following related to work happening at the Jefferson Park
Blue Line Station. You are welcome to forward or post this information as
desired.

There is track/platform work occurring simultaneously with bus terminal work
at Jefferson Park.

* The outbound Blue Line platform will be closed for 21 days starting at 10
p.m. on Friday, 9-28-18.

* Single tracking will occur this weekend on the inbound platform.

- People can board and alight on the inbound platform for inbound and
outbound service.

*  Ride-backs will take place starting at 4:00 a.m. on Monday, 10-1-2018.

- Inbound passengers will have no change.

- Outbound passengers boarding at Jeff Park will have to board an inbound
train, then transfer to an outbound train at Montrose. (Although Montrose
does not have an elevator, there is a center platform so a customer can
simply go to the opposite track to ride back. Should an accessible station
be needed, Addison is the next accessible inbound station).

- Outbound passengers alighting at Jeff Park will have to ride passed
Jeff Park, then transfer to an inbound train at Harlem, which is an
accessible station, then alight at Jeff Park.

The CTA apologizes for any inconvenience.

Also. If you know of anyone who would like to be added to CTA's ADA Unit
e-mail distribution list, please tell them to e-mail
aserpe at transitchicago.com <mailto:aserpe at transitchicago.com> .

Thank you.
