[il-talk] Transportation limitations to convention

Hello Dave and list,

Keep in mind that all other trains coming through that area will be 
stopped or diverted by the same track work.  It's possible that 
passengers booking those trains will need to be bussed to Springfield 
past the effected area.  The bus will take people to the train station.
