[il-talk] sad news

In remembering Connie I think of how excited she was about new and/or younger members. She loved fostering those new to the federation family.

Connie and I had many long talks. She was really courageous and I really miss her already.

Got to laugh a little too? Connie sounded like the school teacher she was when shushing us up. I can hear her say "I can wait as long as you can."

We love her much.

One time, she said "you're one of us", making me feel really a part of the NFB family! She will be missed. In just a short time, I found out how caring andd nice she was!
