Thanks to others who had suggestions.    I just have to call Microsoft to
make sure my windows 10 upgrade went in my Laptop ok, and set up my e-mail.
My e-mail  is  kind of there.  But, glad they are there to help too.

No problem. Like Michal said though, you probably want to upgrade sooner
rather than later. Glad I   was able to help and that the solution was so
