Hi Linda,

I'm glad you're making progress with your windows issues.  Software and hardware upgrades can be frustrating.  Have you considered using the free NVDA screenreader?  It is easy to configure and many of the commands are the same as JAWS.  I use it at home and for work and hardly ever use JAWS anymore even though I own a license.
