[Jayhawk-chapter] Regarding the Hospitality Room at our upcoming state convention.

Thank you, James.  Although I am planning to spend the most of time at the Hospitality Room while it will be open,probably I will ask one more person besides myself to be in the room.  I believe that could be discussed later.
