Sales Enablement Specialist
Job Summary

The Learning and Education team is looking for an experienced and passionate Sales Enablement Specialist who will create and lead programs focused on improving our US Sales team’s effectiveness as they engage with prospects and clients. As part of the Education and Learning team, you will partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Solutions teams to identify training needs. You will be responsible for the creation and implementation of sales training and content for the US team.

 

What You Will Be Doing

 

 Support the US Sales organization's business strategy by focusing on creating, designing, and implementing development programs for sales skills, solution knowledge, and value identification.
 Contribute to the sales new hire onboarding process, including designing the curriculum and conducting key components of the 4 Phases of new-hire onboarding.
 Drive and project manage defined Education and Learning initiatives and goals related  to the US Sales organization.
 Design and deliver training to sales employees through various instructional methods (including individual or small group instruction, self-study, simulation/role-play exercises, etc.).
 Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product to create and maintain key documentation in a Sales Playbook and the company wiki on the following topics: sales pitch, product suite, industry, sales methodology, system tools/processes, competitive landscape, prospecting, closing techniques, and pricing.
 Work with the rest of the Education and Learning team and sales leadership to identify gaps in training delivery and implement creative solutions that promote sales growth and performance. 
 Establish and maintain the appropriate sales training tools including document libraries, and communication channels.
 Continuously collaborate with subject matter experts on current and upcoming needs to contribute to sales training design and rollout.
 Track and report on training program effectiveness.
 Performs other related duties as assigned
 

What We Require of You

 Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Communications or related field, or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
 5+ years experience in sales or training, preferably in a high-growth, enterprise/strategic sales SaaS environment. 
 Valid Passport
