>(SAS), within the Office of Student Success, is

> and familiarity with issues in higher education and student development
>    * An ability to maintain confidentiality and 
> adhere to FERPA and HIPPA regulations
>    * Goal-driven, self-directed, and creative 
> with excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, verbal, and written skills
>    * Ability to plan and implement administrative processes and procedures
>    * Experience providing academic counseling 
> in the areas of goal setting, time management, 
> and learning strategies, to students with disabilities
