>Perform in-bound and outbound client, business 
>enterprises (BEP) vendor and customer service 
>support for the business enterprises and

>Complete and accurately respond to client or 
>customer requests for appointments; schedule 
>appointments and capture contact information. 
>Use standard technology such as a telephone,

>As required, manage office/receptionist duties
