This vacancy is being announced at two job classes: HR Specialist 3 and HR Consultant 1. Only one position will be filled. The final class and starting salary will be dependent on the successful applicant's qualifications.



In this position, you will provide human resource guidance and consultation in the areas of classification, compensation, staffing, labor relations, and organizational analysis. You will lead and/or participate on various human resource special projects affecting the agency's business activities and assists in developing and refining personnel procedures, policies, operations, and systems.



Note: This position will have the option to telework with supervisor approval, the employee will be required to complete a telework agreement.
