As Human Resources Director you will be responsible for developing a human resources team that provides exceptional customer service in the following areas:  recruitment, selection, job evaluation, classification, compensation, benefits, personnel transactions, labor relations, performance management, leave management, workforce planning, employee development and training, safety and worker's compensation, and human resources records management.  This role champions shared services efforts that improve efficiency, documentation, and effectiveness by continually improving all human resources processes and maximizing resources to better serve the needs of the agencies.  This role has a strong focus on relationship management, stakeholder and customer satisfaction, strategic partnership, process management, legal compliance, and change leadership. In this position, you will also participate in Admin and MMB's senior leadership teams and continue to lead the Division's required work related to the pandemic.
