**This vacancy is being announced at two different classification levels: HR Specialist 2 and HR Specialist 3. The final job classification will be determined based on the selected finalist's qualifications.**

This position exists to provide professional level human resource services (workforce planning, classification and selection, recruitment, and contract administration) and consultation to managers, supervisors, and employees of assigned accounts within the Department of Administration and other cabinet-level agencies receiving services through the Small Agency Resources Team (SmART). This position develops and maintains full business partnerships with assigned programs and divisions to ensure that strategic human resource planning is promoted and utilized as a critical and integral requirement in meeting business objectives.
