Please see the following regarding the scope of the position.

Accessibility Consultant Criteria

  *   5 -10 hours a week of consultation
  *   WCAG proficient and experienced
  *   Assist faculty directly with specific content types, e.g., engineering, mathematical, tables.
  *   Provide the Teaching and Learning Team (TLT) with the resources needed to develop the skills to assist with this type of content in the future.
  *   Training for TLT: Content Types: Digital content created with Microsoft Office Word, Powerpoint, and Excel, beginner-level PDF remediation (adding title, language, etc.) - especially as it relates to STEM content.

Timeline

  *   We are eager to receive a candidate, preferably one with a STEM degree.
