As a Human Resources Representative for the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) District 3, you will be a strategic partner, proactively addressing staffing and workforce planning needs.

  *   Develop position descriptions, creating postings, screening resumes, developing interview questions, and advising on selection and compensation.
  *   Perform job analysis audits, documenting classification determinations.
  *   Advise on HR policy interpretation, offering recommendations.
  *   Facilitate investigations and performance management.
  *   Provide Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and benefits consultations and back-up transactions processing.



Note: This position will have the option to telework part-time. The employee will be required to complete a telework agreement.
