The Arcus Center for Social Justice at Kalamazoo College is recruiting a Director of Social Justice Leadership and Community Programs to join their team in Kalamazoo, Michigan! This is a full-time, direct-hire position that will work on campus. This position will oversee and facilitate the development and implementation of educational and capacity-building programs to strengthen and increase leadership capacity on pressing social justice issues. You will work collaboratively to lead a range of programmatic initiatives with the opportunity to connect with many kinds of people and communities. If you have strong social justice analysis, program development, and leadership skills, this may be the role for you!
