This position will provide professional level Human Resource services for the Department of Commerce ensuring efficient Human Resource processes and procedures are followed in accordance with state and federal laws, rules, and statutes.

This position will:

  *   Coordinate classified recruitment and selection process.
  *   Job classification
  *   Manage the employee benefit programs
  *   Coach and advise supervisors on issues relative to bargaining agreements, personnel policies and procedures.
  *   Oversees new employee orientation.
  *   Administer the personnel transaction efforts of the agency.
