IBVI Job Opportunity - Customer Service Representative
POSITION: Customer Service Representative

REPORTS TO: Customer Service Operations Manager


JOB SUMMARY: Provides exceptional customer service to external and internal customers. Responsible for working with customers, colleagues, and vendors through all communication methods (phone, email, fax, proprietary software, websites, etc.) to resolve customer requests accurately and quickly.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


        Resolves customer inquiries via phone and email for customers across all business units.
        Interacts with customers and colleagues with warmth, professionalism, and confidence resulting in an exceptional experience.

        Assists with placing orders using IBVI's eCommerce platforms, provides order updates; works closely with the Order Processing team to complete orders and process returns and damage claims

        Maintains customer accounts as needed.
        Answers questions knowledgeably related to company policies (return, warranties, ETS, etc.).
