IBVI Job Opportunity - General Accounting Specialist


JOB SUMMARY: Sales analysis and forecasting; Supply customer credit card receipts analysis and reconciliation.


POSITION OBJECTIVES:


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


        Sales


        Sales analysis and forecasting reports
        Monthly employee meeting sales reports
        Weekly sales distribution
        Monthly sales reconciliations
        Monthly NIB GSA sponsored sales report


        Cash Receipts-Credit Card


        Balance daily credit card payments via four-way reconciliation (ERP,


Cybersource, Paymentech, and JPM Chase)


        General ledger


        Assigned account reconciliations


        Other


        Set up new vendors in ERP system and maintain vendor files
        Backup to AR duties (invoicing, collections, and cash receipts)
        Assist with annual audit
        Special projects as directed
