IBVI Job Opportunity - Senior Accountant
JOB SUMMARY: Maintain accurate accounting records for the preparation of financial statements. Ensure that inventory and costing records are accurate. Other accounting and general office duties as directed.

POSITION OBJECTIVES:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Costing
* Run daily costing jobs in Oracle
* Analyze/review costing reports for accuracy and errors
* Post/update costing
* Final month-end costing
* Assist in annual standard cost analysis/update

2. Inventory
* Analyze and reconcile inventory monthly
* Work with all locations to ensure inventory accuracy
* Review monthly/weekly inventory adjustments
* Prepare monthly account reconciliations

3. General Ledger
* Run month end close process
* Prepare and enter monthly journal entries
* Complete assigned account reconciliations
