Develop, implement, administer, and monitor DEED's state-wide efforts to provide tax abatement, grant funding and loan assistance to businesses, investors, and local units of government. Work closely with a variety of internal and external clients. Monitor state and federal law, policies and regulations, and direct local communities and businesses of financial needs and strategies.

Coordinate State Services for the Blind's (SSB) portion of the Combined State Plan under the Workforce Opportunity and Innovation Act (WIOA).
