Key Responsibilities

  *   Provide lead work, expertise, and training for Talent Acquisition for all selection and compensation activities
  *   Assist the Talent Acquisition Supervisor with providing and training to Human Resources Specialists on recruiting related functions as it relates to state statutes, policies, procedures, collective bargaining agreements
  *   Partner and provide guidance and assistance to supervisors throughout the selection process
  *   Run data reports and metrics for Talent Acquisition team
