As a Staffing Supervisor you will supervise staff providing classification, recruitment, selection, and compensation activities. You will ensure human resources related training meets the agency's strategic needs and complies with applicable laws, rules, and policies.  Responsibilities include:

  *   Supervising staffing consultants, specialists, and the support specialist/technician;
  *   Directing the daily work of the assigned staffing unit;
  *   Developing recruitment and selection procedures in partnership with other HR managers and supervisors;
  *   Assisting the Agency Staffing Manager and Assistant Staffing Manager with staffing activities;
  *   Participating in the Office of Human Resources management activities, including meetings, special projects and other assignments; and
  *   Assisting with Labor Relations activities.

This position is located at Central Office in St. Paul and has the flexibility to telework, work a hybrid schedule, or work in the office.  The incumbent will be required to make a telework arrangement with their supervisor.  The incumbent will be expected to work in the office on occasion.
