The Human Resource Transaction and Leave Management Coordinator is responsible for providing all necessary coordinated services to management and employees of Minnesota Management and Budget (MMB) and customers. The position is responsible to integrate contract language, federal and state law, and administrative policies/procedures in processing all MMB transactions and leave management transactions and perform other HR personnel functions as needed. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  *    Serve as Transaction/Leave Management Coordinator for FMLA and all other contract-approved leave requests.
  *   Process and update human resource transactions for the Department of MMB to ensure that personnel actions are taken in a timely and accurate manner.
  *   Assist Agency ADA Coordinator in responding to employee requests for accommodation under the ADA, and agency requests for reimbursement through the Accommodation Fund.
  *   Assist injured MMB employees in returning to work status and aiding in finding light duty assignments within the employee's capabilities.
  *   Perform administrative support activities as assigned so that the Human Resource office functions in an efficient and effective manner.
  *   Perform other duties as assigned.
