Assist adult applicants in applying for services, completing eligibility for services, and transferring participants to the Vocational Rehabilitation Services (VRS) office in the appropriate service area. Determine eligibility and priority for services by substantiating that the applicant needs specialized vocational services. Assist the participant with the implementation and follow through of their Individual Plan for Employment (IPE).
