Minnesota Housing is hiring! We're a mission-focused financial institution looking for a full-cycle recruiter. In this role, you will manage all stages of the recruitment process, from identifying staffing needs and drafting job postings to sourcing candidates and assisting with interview and onboarding processes as needed. Your primary focus will be to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process, aligned with the agency's goals and needs.

A key aspect of this position is developing and maintaining strong relationships with agency leaders to understand their hiring requirements and provide strategic recruitment support. You will collaborate closely with managers to tailor recruitment strategies, ensure alignment with organizational goals, and enhance the overall candidate experience.

When time permits you will also complete other HR work including performing job audits and analyzing job content as needed.

Essential Job Duties
*        Perform full cycle recruitment including drafting and posting jobs, screening applicants and assisting hiring managers throughout the recruiting process.
*        Perform job audits to determine accurate classification of new and requested positions.
*        Ensure compliance with delegated authority, state and federal laws, Personnel Rules, Administrative Procedures, MN statutes, union contracts, compensation plans, Affirmative Action Plan and other relevant laws, policies, procedures and guidelines.
*        Provide training and/or guidance to managers and supervisors on HR practices and procedures related to recruiting and classification.
*        Review and process length of service requests.
*        Review and process unemployment insurance claims.
*        Perform other duties as assigned
