Be responsible for conducting independent data analyses and managing data to enable timely completion of federal, state, and other reporting requirements. Assist DEED in the implementation of a common exit for its Workforce Innovation and Opportunity act workforce programs and the creation of a new, joined federal performance file. Help to build a data lake that will bring together the data sets from multiple DEED systems that track data for customers of its workforce programs. This lake will be foundational to its highest priority IT project to replace its labor exchange, MinnesotaWorks.net. Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders, representatives of the agency, members of the public, employment counselors, and training providers.
