The positions will be located to serve one each in: DSB Seattle, DSB
Yakima, and DSB Lacey VR

As a Business Relations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in
our agency's mission by serving as the expert in our business
relations program. Your responsibilities will encompass a broad range
of tasks, both internally with our staff and externally with
businesses, aimed at cultivating and sustaining competitive employment
opportunities for DSB participants. Operating within designated
regional territories, you'll exercise independent judgment to perform
complex duties, including outreach, training, resource development,
and workforce recruitment and retention efforts. Your collaboration
with the Workforce System under the guidelines of the Workforce
Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) will be instrumental in
preparing individuals with visual disabilities for successful
integration into the competitive workforce, thereby fostering greater
independence while meeting the diverse needs of businesses.
