Coordinate and implement services for students who need Pre-ETS and who meet other requirements as specified in the Rehabilitation Services Act of 1973, as amended by the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act. Refer students to Pre-ETS contractors for services as needed. Maintain case records for each participant. Develop, manage, and expend case service funds.
