Play a key role to ensure that the Paid Leave program is accessible to all staff, program partners, and recipients through the development and implementation of orientation, training, and knowledge management programs. Some examples of these programs and responsibilities include new employee orientation, technical and interpersonal skills development, evaluation and training compliance, management of learning platforms, and developing relationships with external vendors who deliver specialized training and knowledge management tools.
