The Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH) is seeking to hire a Human Resources Supervisor 4. OAH is the largest of three Executive Branch Courts with over sixty full-time equivalents located in St. Paul and Duluth. OAH, with 30 judges, is comparable in size to the Ramsey County District Court with 32 judges. OAH has exclusive, trial-level jurisdiction over 200 unique areas of administrative law and workers' compensation. This means the decisions of OAH are appealable to higher-level appellate courts (Minnesota Court of Appeals, Minnesota Supreme Court, and Minnesota Workers' Compensation Court of Appeals) and not at trial-level district courts.

Core responsibilities:

  *   Full service human resources management including staffing, recruitment, classification, and compensation.
  *   Supervision / staff development.
  *   Subject matter expert in Affirmative Action, Equal Employment Opportunity, American's Disability Act, Family Medical Leave, and Workers' Compensation
