As the Workplace Culture Coordinator, you will have a key role on the newly created Employee Experience Team within the Office of Human Resources. This team leads efforts to create a positive work environment through learning and development, culture and engagement, and health and safety.

You will be responsible for coordinating the creation, delivery, and evaluation of initiative that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture at DEED that drives retention of employees and increased effectiveness of the agency. Some examples of programs and responsibilities include ensuring staff knowledge and implementation of agency mission and values; annual employee engagement survey and action planning; develop and manage employee recognition programs plan and organize events, workshops, and activities that promote team building and a sense of community.
