>Ideal candidates will have one or more of the following:
>    * Knowledge of digital accessibility, 
> usability, user-centred design, universal design, or inclusive design
>    * Understanding of web, mobile, or software development
>    * Experience with testing frameworks and 
> standards, ideally Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)
>    * Experience with user research, such as moderated user testing
>    * Confident with public speaking and delivering training
