1. Our 'Minimum Qualifications' are firm, not flexible. Your resume should clearly demonstrate how you meet both the minimum and preferred qualifications in plain language.
2. Chronological resumes are the simplest format to measure and assess things like: qualifications, time in position, etc. Experience-based resumes (lacking the timeline) do not allow for equitable comparison.
