Our team of US-based, native English-speaking Business Development Representatives conducts thousands of strategic outbound calls monthly, delivering warm appointments and qualified opportunities to our clients across multiple industries.

The Opportunity
As a Business Development Specialist, you'll:

  *   Conduct professional B2B outbound calls to decision-makers across various industries
  *   Qualify prospects and set appointments for our clients' sales teams
  *   Build relationships through personalized conversations and strategic email follow-up
  *   Conduct surveys with B2B organizations
  *   Update and maintain client databases with accurate contact information
  *   Support lead nurturing campaigns and customer satisfaction initiatives
  *   Work Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (your local time zone) - no evenings, weekends, or holidays
What We're Looking For
Required Skills:

  *   Strong verbal and written communication skills with professional phone presence
  *   Proficiency with screen readers and assistive technology
  *   Ability to build rapport and engage in natural, conversational dialogue
  *   Self-motivated with strong follow-through capabilities
  *   Problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
  *   Experience in customer service, call center, or B2B sales (preferred but not required)
Performance Expectations:

  *   Maintain 12-16 calls per hour productivity
  *   Achieve 85% utilization rate
  *   Consistently meet quality standards and client objectives
