This position assists in providing Human Resources data auditing and
reporting best practices and assists with process improvements of Human
Resources Information System (HRIS) services. This position conducts
on-going monitoring and assessment of Human Resources Management (HRM)
operations, improve risk management capacity, and increases compliance with
law, policy, etc. 

The major duties include delegation administration, Human Resources
Information Systems (HRIS) security access, SEMA4 transactions processing
oversight, applicable labor relations contract and plan administration in
order to further process improvement and HR data integrity efforts and
initiatives. Services include ad hoc reporting and analysis and establish
auditing best practices for a variety of HR program areas and HR systems
security. Provide support for new and existing HR tools and technology
systems. This position provides support for new and existing HR tools and
technology systems. The work assignments of this position focus on
implementation of the delegated authority from Minnesota Management and
completing various internal audits on multiple HR functions such as
transactions, recruiting files, classification files etc.
