We are seeking a dynamic, customer focused individual to join our awesome
team in St. Paul. This position is responsible for delivering professional
human resource (HR) services for the Graduate Engineer and Land Surveyor
Program (GELSP), including classification, recruitment and selection,
compensation, and staffing. The position also provides back-up HR support to
Career Pathway Programs (CPP) staff as needed. The position also serves as
the GELSP operations coordinator, ensuring trainees receive the necessary
materials, documentation, and training to meet all program milestones. In
addition, the position also contributes to CPP HR special projects aimed at
developing and refining GELSP personnel procedures, policies, operation
standards, and processes, and serves as a CPP recruiter. If you're looking
