The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency is seeking a HR Consultant 1 business partner to collaborate within the agency and HR department.

As a Human Resources business partner at the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency, this position provides advanced professional human resources consultation and ensures agency human resources actions are in compliance with applicable laws, rule/regulations, guidelines/policies, and bargaining agreements and plans. The incumbent will provide advice/consultation and leadership to agency leaders, staff, and public on human resources related issues to include: performance management, labor relations (conducting investigations), conflict management and resolution, contract administration, job evaluation and classification, compensation and salary administration, promote workforce diversity in recruitment and selection, and training and development on HR processes and procedures.
