This position supports MnDOT's District 4 Human Resources activities in the areas of transactions, recruitment, selection, compensation, onboarding, benefits and training and development. This includes assisting with processing human resources transactions in accordance with applicable laws, rules, policies, and bargaining agreements. Also, initiating pre-employment checks, administering assessments, preparing job offers, processing training requests and providing benefits information to employees.

Please note: This position is located at the Detroit Lakes HQ. This position will have the flexibility to telework part time (hybrid schedule) or work in the office. The incumbent will be required to complete a telework agreement. The incumbent will be expected to work in the office part time.
