This job helps with many different employee tasks, including entering employee information, answering questions about benefits and retirement, and helping employees understand union contracts and pay plans. The job also gives general support to the HR team, creates reports using different computer programs, and presents new employee orientation. This position also helps the leave coordinator when needed and serves as the Designated Department Insurance Representative (DDIR).
